Kendelle believes that our experiences in the world, our relationships with others, as well as our childhood, can greatly shape the lens we see through as adults. Kendelle uses an integral approach to uncover our deepest secrets that lie within our unconscious mind and can manifest as anxiety, depression, or any other unwelcome behavioral or somatic symptoms.Kendelle uses a combination of psychodynamic theories, mindfulness techniques, as well as trauma focused equine assisted therapy to aide in the therapeutic process.
Kendelle graduated from Capella University with a degree in Clinical Psychology. She is currently working towards LPCC licensure under the supervision of Kathy Boisjoli. Kendelle has six years of experiences working in the mental health field. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults in both individual psychotherapy, as well as equine assisted therapy. Kendelle has an extensive equine history and has personally found the overall mental health benefits of working with horses. Kendelle’s goal is to create a safe environment for each unique individual to share their story, while also incorporating horses into the approach.
In Kendelle’s free time, she enjoys skiing, scuba diving, reading, writing, horseback riding, and spending time with her friends and family.
